**October 2024 Recap:**

- **Parallel Bridging Module:**
  - [MIP-35┃Introducing Tunnel, the Parallel Bridging Module](https://gov.parallel.best/t/mip-35-introducing-tunnel-the-parallel-bridging-module/416) was introduced and approved by the DAO.
  - [MIP-35.1┃Deploy the PAR Bridging Module](https://gov.parallel.best/t/mip-35-1-deploy-the-par-bridging-module/417) has been approved by the DAO, and deployment is currently underway.
  - [MIP-35.2┃Deploy the paUSD Bridging Module](https://gov.parallel.best/t/mip-35-2-deploy-the-pausd-bridging-module/418) has been approved by the DAO, and deployment is currently underway.

- **Parallel Updated dApp MVP:**
  - We’ve fixed the latest bugs and prepared for deployment of the bridging module.

- **MIMO Token Upgrade:**
  - Following a successful Proof-of-Concept we opened discussions around a migration of the MIMO to a new token. The development of the token upgrade has been finalized and is currently pending audits. - **Parallel Tokenomics Update:**
  - Following a successful Proof-of-Concept we opened discussions around an upgrade of the current Parallel tokenomics. Development is currently underway. The discussion is available here: [Discussing a New Parallel Tokenomics](https://gov.parallel.best/t/discussing-a-new-parallel-tokenomics/425)

- **Others:**
  - We updated the tracking of the protocol on [DeFiLlama](https://defillama.com/protocol/parallel-protocol#information) following the migration of VaultsCore contracts (due to [MIP-28┃Ratify the Parallel Insurance Fund](https://gov.parallel.best/t/mip-28-ratify-the-parallel-insurance-fund/382)) and added tracking for all missing collaterals.
