This counter-proposal feels much more honest and appropriate to me.
I won’t hide the fact that I still hold a deep grudge and strong reservations after Mimo’s initial attempt to pull that $500k move on the DAO out of nowhere. It left a really bitter taste.
I hope after this the protocol to finally move forward with a clean slate.

I agree with this counter-proposal and with reaching an agreement between the team and the DAO.
The protocol can’t continue like this if there’s a risk that the team could, overnight, demand $500,000 or dump 150M $PRL.
We need to solve this. Also, paying the full $500,000 would basically stop the protocol’s growth, and the team knows it.
I think George’s counter-proposal is very fair, and I’ll be voting for it.
