Hi team! Quick clarification: once the first sPRL2 rewards are distributed (in PAR), will there be an integrated swap available immediately within the dApp to swap PAR back to PRL directly? Or will we need to use an external DEX at first?

There will be an integrated swap tab available in the coming months. For now you can use external DEXes aggregators such as:
